HARMONY is 3 years old and has begun harness training. She is fully broke to the
tack and has is pulling logs already.  She thoroughly enjoys it and backs into the two
PVC poles she drags by her sides as she becomes accustomed to what a cart will
feel like. She is just beginning to use the blinders with a sidepull headstall.  Since our
goal is always to teach the horse to love to learn, the first 30 rides we put on a
horse are done in the woods.  So, after each driving session, Harmony is ridden
bareback  on the trails in a sidepull or halter. These experiences build a tremendous
amount of confidence and cement the trust bond between horse and trainer.
Harmony is a seasoned show horse with a fiery personality, huge animated
movement, and undeniable presence.  She packs a ton of courage in her 13.2
frame. Her beautiful head, clean neck and perfectly proportioned body have
garnered several wins in the show ring over horses twice her age and three times
her size.  With American breeders going for bigger Gypsies, this filly stands out as
not only unique in name, since Cushti Bok & Dolly were first the first Vanners on US
soil, but the ONLY filly of that pedigree that has been proven in the show ring.  
Harmony has beaten some of the best horses(stallions & mares) in the country and
she did it as a two year old. She is truly special.
